SHIPPING

We, at Authentically American, strive to ship your order as quickly as possible. The majority of our deliveries are made by USPS. We attempt to ship all our orders from our distribution center in Nashville, TN in order to cut down on material cost as we focus on our economic footprint. While this is our goal, we understand that at times customers have deadlines and so we will ship as necessary to meet our customer’s needs.

Shipping days are business days to exclude the shipped day and all national holidays in the country of origin and delivery. UPS does not deliver on the weekends unless you order special Saturday delivery, and only if it's available in your area. Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska will ship by priority mail because UPS offers Air Delivery only at additional cost (request quote). APO address will go by Priority Mail. Please contact us to arrange special shipping options should you need this service.

Orders are typically delivered within 8 – 14 business days so please allow 15 business days from when you place your order for us to process, pack, and ship your order. Most of your items are made to order so that we can batch orders to allow for us to remain competitive. Once your label has be scanned into the carrier’s system your package can be followed using the tracking number supplied to the email provided.

Standard shipping times are not guarantees or promises that a product will ship on a specific day.
